Full diagnostic dyslexia assessments for 8–15 year olds
What the assessment covers
Cognitive: vocabulary, reasoning, memory and phonological processing.
Attainment: reading comprehension, reading accuracy, reading speed/fluency, spelling and writing.
Diagnosis of dyslexia given if appropriate. Reports can be used for Disabled Students Allowance (I hold a valid APC).
What’s included
Pre-assessment discussion by phone or email and review of background information from home and school.
Full diagnostic assessment (about 3 hours).
Post-assessment email summary of key results and initial recommendations.
Detailed written report explaining results, diagnosis, and suggested strategies/resources for home and school; plus a condensed version.
Follow-up discussion by phone or email if needed
Location and cost
Fee: £525 (unless otherwise agreed)
Deposit: £100 to secure booking; balance due on the day
